Compare current plans and verify the resulting account access.
Overview
The pricing page lists the plans and features currently offered. Before paying, confirm the signed-in account, billing period, and final amount.
Before you start
- The Reporch account that should receive the plan
- A supported payment method and permission for the checkout window
Steps
1. Open Pricing
Use Pricing in the footer or open reporch.com/pricing/.
2. Compare plans
Compare the displayed problem access, AI Tutor allowance, billing period, and other included features.
3. Complete checkout
Choose the intended plan and verify the amount and payment method in the checkout window.
4. Verify access
Return to Reporch and confirm that the plan access is reflected on the correct account.
Expected result
- Only an approved payment changes account access.
- A failed or cancelled checkout is not displayed as successful.
Troubleshooting
- Allow pop-ups for Reporch if checkout does not open.
- If access is missing after approval, do not pay again; contact support with the account and payment time.
